    1. How do I maintain the extensions from House of Tresses?

    Caring for raw hair extensions is essential to extend their lifespan and keep them looking their best. Here are some tips for caring for raw hair extensions:

    1. Washing and Conditioning: Wash the hair extensions only when necessary, not too frequently. Use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Let the conditioner sit for at least 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
    2. Combing: Use a wide-toothed comb with gentle bristles to gently detangle the hair extensions, starting from the ends and gradually working your way up. Avoid rough combing, especially when the extensions are wet.
    3. Drying: Allow the hair extensions to air dry whenever possible. If using a hair dryer, use a low heat setting to prevent damage.
    4. Styling: Avoid excessive use of heat and styling tools, such as straighteners and curling irons. If using styling tools, use a heat protectant product.
    5. Night care: Secure the hair extensions in a loose braid or ponytail at night to prevent tangling. You can also use a satin or silk pillowcase to reduce friction.
    6. Storage: Store the hair extensions in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original packaging or in a breathable bag. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture.

    2. Can hair of tresses extensions be bleached?

    House of Tresses extensions can be bleached due to our quality hair. However, please note that bleaching the extensions requires more maintenance. Consult a professional if you intend to color the hair extensions.

    3. In which currency will the payment be?

    We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD, and EUR.

    If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, you will be charged in USD, CAD, or EUR, depending on the web you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate for the currency you select.

    4. Can I cancel my order after completing the payement?

    Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled. For further assistance, please contact us.

    5. Do you ship internationally?

    Yes - we ship worldwide with a tracked and signed delivery service.

    Unfortunately we're unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by us.
